Standard orders ship in 7–10 business days after design approval. Production begins only after you sign off on your free mockup, so there's no guesswork. Rush turnarounds (3–5 business days) are available for an additional fee — just mention it in the Additional Notes field.

We work best with vector files: AI, EPS, and PDF. High-resolution PNGs (300 dpi or higher) and PSDs are also accepted. JPEG files can work for photo-based designs, but please keep resolution high. Not sure if your file is print-ready? Send it anyway — our team will assess it and let you know if adjustments are needed at no charge.

Yes! Rush production (3–5 business days) and expedited shipping are both available. Rush fees vary by order size and complexity. To request a rush, simply note your required delivery date in the Additional Notes field and we'll confirm availability and pricing in your 24-hour quote.

Every order includes up to 3 free rounds of revisions on your digital mockup. After that, additional revision rounds are billed at a small flat fee. We move fast — most revisions are turned around within 24 hours — and we won't start printing until you're 100% happy with the proof.

Nope — we genuinely have no minimums. You can order a single custom piece or 1,000+. Pricing per unit decreases as quantity increases, so bulk orders get the best rate, but small runs are always welcome. All quantities receive the same quality materials and print process.

Payment is collected after you approve your mockup and confirm the final order details. We'll send a secure payment link along with your quote. We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and PayPal. A 50% deposit is required for orders over $500, with the balance due before shipping.
